“The 2019 AGM was held within the lovely grounds of the Frontier Centre in Wellingborough where we were also holding a residential DELTA Family Weekend.
The AGM was well attended by a number of our members, and I’m very grateful they traveled from across the country to hear our report for 2018/19. A copy of my presentation can be found on our website. A copy of our Annual Report to which I reference in the presentation will also be available to download.

For those members who might not be aware if they didn’t attend the AGM or have access to social media, this was my last AGM as Chair of DELTA after fulfilling my term with the immense support of Liz Rothwell who also steps down as Vice Chair. This has been an immense honour and one that I am very thankful for, for being entrusted and supported through my time by all DELTA members, volunteers and parents as well as the trustee board. Ed Rex was nominated and accepted the position of Chair, and Laura Hunter was nominated and agreed to be Vice Chair. I hope everyone involved in DELTA will offer and give as much support and help to them both as they did for myself and Liz and I can’t think of better hands for DELTA with their passion for the Natural Aural Approach. I shall still be involved with DELTA at Trustee level, so you haven’t got rid of me yet and if you wish to speak to me or any of the Trustee board with ideas or to get involved in any way, please message away or email me at andy.stubbs@deafeducation.org.uk or general enquiries at enquiries@deafeducation.org.uk.”
